                   Memory - 2GB RAM  DDR  2x1GB

I use a MS Digital Media Pro KC-0405 keyboard, because I can program the extra keys to automate a lot of functions.

Notes

 

I use ImageSalsa to capture the camera photos every 5 seconds and save the active photo every 2 minutes.  The 5 second photo is shown on the web page.  The 2 minute capture is used to create the weather video.  I use MovieSalsa Scheduler to create the weather movie update automatically every hour.

NexStorm is capturing the lightening screen shot every 3 minutes and these screen shots are used to create the lightening movie.  I had to change the default file type to .bmp.    MovieSalsa can not create the lighting movie automatically because NexStorm by default saves files as .PNG.    I would have to shutdown NexStorm to create the lightening movie.  It would be nice if MovieSalsa could use these file types.  

I then change the *.AVI files from MovieSalsa with Windows Video Encoder to convert them to *.wmv files to reduce the files size.   Unfortunately in the process I lose a lot of quality.
